iPhone 7 Bluetooth Pairing Instructions for 2017 Kia Sportage

Bluetooth can be used for a multitude of different reasons, including music streaming and text message reading. However, one of the best things you can do with Bluetooth is use voice-activation to make hands-free phone calls. Simply pair your compatible smartphone to your Sportage’s Bluetooth and enjoy the freedom of wireless technology.

2017 Kia Sportage LX Bluetooth Set Up

1. On your iPhone 7, go to “Settings”, then “Bluetooth”. Make sure your Bluetooth toggle is turned on.
2. Push the “Phone” button on the bottom left of the UVO system in the center of your 2017 Kia Sportage.
3. If the screen prompts “Turn Bluetooth On from your device to search”, press “Okay”.
4. On your iPhone 7 under “Other Devices”, press “KIA MOTORS”.
5. Ensure that the keycodes match between your iPhone 7 and your UVO system, and then press “Pair” on your smartphone.
6. Your UVO system will the say the pairing is complete.

2017 Kia Sportage EX and Higher Trims Bluetooth Set Up

1. On your iPhone 7, go to “Settings”, then “Bluetooth”. Make sure your Bluetooth toggle is turned on.
2. On your UVO system, press “Setup”.
3. Press “Phone”.
4. Press “Bluetooth Connection”.
5. Press “Add New”.
6. On your iPhone 7 under “Other Devices”, press “KIA MOTORS”.
7. Ensure that the keycodes match between your iPhone 7 and your UVO system, and then press “Pair” on your smartphone.
8. Your pairing is complete.
