The 2019 Sorento brings two available engines into the fold, the first of which is a 2.4-liter DOHC Inline 4 that is capable of producing 185 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque. This type of compact punch also allows Sorento L and LX trims to be able to achieve 25 combined highway miles per gallon.
Of course, if you need a bit more adrenaline out of your ride, the 2019 Sorento has you covered. It also offers a 3.3-liter V6 engine that can churn out upwards of 290 horsepower and 252 pound-feet of torque, also equating to a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds! That means that this is the SUV for you if your daily adventures include trips to the lake or campsite.
